Our friend @veganfoodshare sent us some awesome swag, which inspired us to create the following meatless masterpiece…
WestSoy Pastafarian Bowl
Ingredients: 
1 package WestSoy Mediterranean Baked Tofu
1 lb. Tri Color medium-sized macaroni shells
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. minced garlic
2 cups broccoli florets
Salt & pepper, to taste
Your favorite Jamaican-style hot sauce, to taste
Instructions:
Boil pasta.
While pasta is boiling, sauté broccoli florets in combined garlic & olive oil.
Sprinkle salt & pepper (to taste) over broccoli. 
Slice tofu into cubes.
Drain pasta, add broccoli and tofu. Mix.
Modify with additional salt & pepper and as much hot sauce as you can handle. 
Refrigerate leftovers, also makes for a great chilled noodle salad.
